智通财经APP讯，赛晶科技(00580)发布公告，近日，公司旗下子公司(供应商)与南京南瑞继保电气有限公司(南京南瑞)旗下子公司(采购方)签订协议。根据该协议，采购方将采购总金额为人民币约1.43亿(含税)的电力电子器件，供应商将于2026年上半年分批交货。该电力电子器件将应用于海上风电项目。
