ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市的区块链 ASIC 芯片研发上市公司 AGM Group 宣布已完成总计 200 万美元的可转换票据发行交割，相关募资交易分两次进行，150 万美元在首次交割时支付，剩余 50 万美元第二次交割已于 12 月 18 日完成。
AGM Group 还披露此前已达成投资协议，将通过发行可转换票据分三期募资总额 600 万美元。
