Telefonica to Delist ADSs, Debt Securities From NYSE

Telefonica (TEF) intends to voluntarily delist its American depositary shares from the New York Stock Exchange.
ADS holders will be able to exchange their depositary shares for ordinary shares traded on the Spanish stock exchanges, Telefonica said Wednesday in a statement.
Telefonica and its subsidiary, Telefonica Emisiones, also plan to begin delisting several series of debt securities from the NYSE and list them instead on Euronext Dublin.
Additionally, Telefonica expects to delist its ADSs from the Lima Stock Exchange.
