Zotye Automobile (SHE:000980) plans to dispose of up to 3% of its total shares within three months, according to a Thursday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
The disposal is part of the repayment of the remaining debt in the Chinese car manufacturer's bankruptcy property disposal special account.
The disposal of the stake, which represents 151,276,432 shares, will be made through centralized bidding and block trades.
The company's shares jumped over 3% during the midday trade.
