中国质量新闻网讯 近日，黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市市区两级市场监管部门联合组成暗访组采取“四不两直”方式对电动自行车销售集中区域开展突击暗访。
暗访组深入多家销售门店，重点围绕在售电动自行车的铭牌、产品合格证、强制性产品认证（CCC）证书等关键信息的合规性开展细致核查，确认车辆外观、尺寸、整车质量、最高车速等是否符合规定。同时，现场询问经营者对新标准具体内容、执行要求及相关政策的了解程度，并对理解不清之处及时进行宣导与纠正，强调必须建立并执行进货检查验收制度，确保所售车辆来源可溯、质量合格，严禁非法改装、加装等行为。
此次行动进一步压实了经营者落实主体责任，强化了对电动自行车流通领域的精准监管，为从源头上遏制电动自行车安全隐患提供有力保障。下一步，齐齐哈尔市市场监管部门将结合消费投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】、舆情反馈等信息，对重点区域、重点商家开展“回头看”，确保整治成效落到实处。（邱成乐）
