智通财经APP获悉，恒大物业(06666)跌超7%，截至发稿，跌7.14%，报1.17港元，成交额4432.94万港元。
消息面上，近日，天眼查法律诉讼信息显示，恒大地产集团有限公司新增2条恢复执行信息，执行标的合计35.7亿余元，两起案件被执行人还包括恒大地产集团（江西）有限公司、恒大地产集团（深圳）有限公司等，执行法院为南昌市东湖区人民法院、广东省深圳市中级人民法院。风险信息显示，恒大地产集团有限公司现存410余条被执行人信息，被执行总金额超715亿元。
值得关注的是，恒大物业此前公布，公司获清盘人告知，清盘人已邀请选定的投标人查阅该公司进一步资料，并要求于2025年11月底前提交更新的非约束性意向要约方案，同时将审阅可能收到的其他意向要约。公司表示，潜在交易仍处于初步阶段，清盘人就进入下一阶段程序及提交最终方案的时间尚未确定，也未与潜在投标人就潜在交易进行磋商，未形成任何意见，也未达成任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。
