金吾财讯 | 华泰证券表示，2025年12月15日，工信部发布第401批《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品公告》，对长安与北汽蓝谷各一款搭载L3功能的车型给予附条件许可，并明确后续将在限定区域、限定场景下由指定使用主体开展上路通行试点。本次许可是继2023年试点通知明确框架、2024年6月首批9家联合体遴选后的实质性落地，标志着国内L3从“试点申报与测试评估”迈向“产品准入与上路通行试点”。该机构判断，智驾是AI应用落地的重要方向，26年整车AI化进程将加速。26年高速NOA预计将在10-15万元价格带进入标配决胜期，城市NOA也将由20万元向15万元价格带标配化渗透，L3智驾此次也有实质性进展，L4亦有望迎来更大规模商业化。建议关注：智能整车；线控底盘；域控及芯片；激光雷达。
