路透新德里12月18日 - 印度政府在一份声明中表示，已改革商务签证制度，以便利外籍工程师和技术人员流动，此举将有助于依赖中国专业人士提供制造服务的本地企业。印度的工业和内部贸易促进部周三表示，已于上月推出了一个新的数字平台，供企业生成邀请外国专业人士的担保函，并简化了签证表格，将不再要求相关部门提供额外推荐。签证便利措施涵盖工厂安装、试运转、维护及生产等职能。印度企业在这类服务及培训本地员工方面，主要依赖中国专业人士，尤其是在采用中国机械设备的工厂。路透上周报导称，印度已减少繁文缛节，加快中国专业人士的签证速度，这显示两国关系有所改善。(完)
