MoneyMe Establishes AU$300 Million Warehouse Financing Facility to Credit Card Assets

MoneyMe (ASX:MME) established a AU$300 million credit card warehouse financing facility to fund its credit card assets, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
A global bank was selected as the senior financier, and an Australian credit fund was chosen as the mezzanine financier.
The term is for two years, which can be extended by mutual agreement. The facility will be available to begin funding in February 2026, before the launch of the firm's new credit card product, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
