该股预期12月30日挂牌买卖，从募资金额上看预计将是2025年港股市场上最大的Biotech IPO。
摩根士丹利、中金公司及广发证券为联席保荐人。公司计划将所得款项净额中，48%用于关键临床阶段管线候选药物的进一步临床研发提供资金；15%用于开发新的生成式AI模型及相关的验证研究工作；12%用于进一步开发及扩展自动化实验室；20%将用于为早期药物发现及开发的研发提供资金；5%将用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
