12月18日，微创医疗盘中涨超9%， 预期微创心通与CRM Cayman合并将于明日前后完成。
消息面上，微创医疗发布公告，微创心通的独立股东已于2025年12月15日举行的微创心通股东特别大会上批准合并协议及其项下拟进行的交易。预期合并将于2025年12月19日或前后完成，据此，CRM Cayman的所有现有已发行股份(包括普通股及优先股)将予以注销，以换取微创心通的普通股，且CRM Cayman将成为微创心通的全资附属公司。
公告称，本次战略合并是本公司优化资源配置、提升整体竞争力的关键举措，旨在全面强化双方在结构性心脏病及心律管理领域的协同效应。通过整合互补的产品线与全球渠道资源，本公司将加速市场渗透并提升运营效率；依托成熟的海外团队与基础设施，进一步优化本地化服务能力与供应链韧性。
