智通财经APP讯，中国国航(601111.SH)发布公告，公司控股子公司深圳航空拟进行股权融资，融资总金额为160亿元人民币，拟分期实施。中国国航将按照持股比例认购深圳航空的融资额度，对深圳航空增资总金额不超过81.6亿元人民币。
2025年11月6日，深圳航空收到深联所出具的《意向投资方资格确认函》，共征集到一家符合条件的意向投资方即深圳市鲲航投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“鲲航投资”)。12月18日，公司、深国际全程物流(深圳)有限公司(以下简称“深国际”)、鲲航投资及深圳航空共同签署了《关于深圳航空有限责任公司之增资协议》及《关于深圳航空有限责任公司之投资合同》。
鲲航投资以人民币20亿元向深圳航空增资，认购深圳航空新增注册资本人民币19.56亿元，持有增资后深圳航空20.9134%股权。鲲航投资以现金方式一次性出资。公司以非公开方式同步参与首期增资，增资价格与鲲航投资一致，公司同意以人民币20.82亿元向深圳航空增资，认购深圳航空新增注册资本人民币20.35亿元，持有首期增资后深圳航空51%股权。公司以现金方式一次性出资。
