凤凰网科技讯 12月17日，“罗永浩的十字路口”发布与大鹏的播客节目。在节目中，罗永浩回顾了在新东方的工作经历，他说，今天年轻人在社会上骂老板骂职场是主流，我骂就说我忘恩负义，这是不是太奇怪了。如果你在职场上成功了，那还是要感谢老板，就没想过可能是你自己努力的吗？
罗永浩还谈到职场知遇之恩。他说，“我理解的知遇之恩是所有人都说你不行，有某一个领导非说你行，一路支撑你到你真行，这个时候我理解肯定叫知遇之恩。如果你正常上班，正常领一份钱，甚至你做出巨大贡献的时候都没有奖励回馈，你这个恩情的感受是从哪里来的呢？”
视频中，大鹏导演也坦言，《长安的荔枝》入围了六个奖项但是票房还是没达到预期。罗永浩表示，大鹏导演在所处的行业里有非常多的成就，但从公开的表达言论或采访中始终感觉他跟他的成就不匹配的不自信，如果作为喜欢他的人是有一点难过的。罗永浩更是盛赞《长安的荔枝》成绩非常好，应该是大鹏迄今最好的一个作品。
