工业大麻股盘前再度上涨，CbdMD涨近14%，Canopy Growth涨超7%，Tilray Brands涨近2%。消息人士称，美国总统特朗普预计最早将于本周签署行政命令，放宽对大麻的分类管制，并首次在联邦层面承认大麻的医疗用途。据悉，行政命令预计将指示美国缉毒局或司法部就重新分类管制颁布最终规定，将大麻由一级管制物质降至第三级。同时，行政命令可能还包括指示国会通过法案，让合法的大麻企业能够获得主要银行及金融机构的服务。消息人士称，行政命令亦有可能指示医疗保险及医疗补助服务中心，允许在医疗保险报销大麻二酚(CBD)产品。(格隆汇)
