Vestis shares fell after the company said Chief Finance Officer Kelly Janzen would leave at the end of the year.

Shares dipped 11% to $6.73. The stock has fallen 56% this year.

Janzen is resigning effective Dec. 31 to pursue other opportunities, the Roswell, Ga.-based company said Tuesday. She has served as CFO for less than a year.

Adam Bowen, the company's vice president of financial planning and analysis, will serve as interim CFO as the company conducts a search for a permanent finance chief, Vestis said.

The company reaffirmed its guidance for fiscal 2026.
