BlockBeats 消息，12 月 17 日，以太坊财库公司 ETHZilla Corporation 发布董事会主席致股东信，回顾公司成立五个月以来的战略执行进展，并展望 2026 年及以后的发展规划。
ETHZilla 表示，公司成立之初即定位为连接传统金融与 DeFi 的基础设施提供方，核心策略包括持续积累以太坊（ETH）并通过审慎部署获取收益，同时打造将现实世界资产（RWA）上链并进行代币化的运营业务。
在最新进展方面，ETHZilla 披露，公司已搭建 RWA 代币化所需的基础能力。今年 10 月，公司宣布与 Liquidity.io 达成合作。该公司是一家受监管的经纪交易商，也是少数获得美国证监会（SEC）注册的数字另类交易系统（ATS）之一，ETHZilla 同时持有其母公司的股权。通过该合作，ETHZilla 将获得对合规交易平台的独家接入权限，计划在以太坊二层网络（L2）上发行代币化资产，并使其成为具备一级、二级市场流动性的合规可交易产品。
