快科技12月17日，今日午间，“罗永浩的十字路口 ”上线了与导演大鹏的访谈视频。访谈期间，大鹏谈到了自己当年离开搜狐的原因。
大鹏提及和老板张朝阳谈续约期间，两人有过一次交流。虽然大鹏明确表达了自己还想继续在搜狐上班的意愿。然而，两人在电影的播放渠道上有分歧。
张朝阳想让大鹏拍的电影仅在网上播放，但是大鹏想让更多人在电影院看到这个内容，之后大鹏就收到了离职通知信息。
此外，大鹏还透露，自己离开搜狐多年，手机上还保留着离开搜狐的离职信。他明确表示当时不是辞职，是辞退，情感是很复杂的。
随后，罗永浩转到了补偿金问题上。但大鹏则明确表示“没有”。他解释称“我不是他的在职员工，没有劳务合同”。罗永浩随即纠正称“应该是劳动合同。”
据媒体以往报道，2018年11月，大鹏在朋友圈发出一条“2004.4.22-2008.11.1,怀念，感恩，祝福”的内容。其中一张配图显示他的离职手续已经在11月1日办理完成。
搜狐CEO张朝阳则回应称“大鹏确实离开搜狐了”。
