NerdWallet Increases Buyback by $50M

NerdWallet's board authorized an additional $50 million for the financial-services company's share-buyback program.

With the increase, the San Mateo, Calif., company's total buyback authorization is now $125 million, it said Tuesday.

Shares may be repurchased from time to time as market conditions warrant, NerdWallet said.
