　　HASHKEY HLDGS（03887）首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价6.68港元，共发行2.41亿股股份，每手400股，所得款项净额为14.79亿港元。截至发稿，股价上涨1.95%，现报6.81港元，成交额1.88亿港元。

　　公开资料显示，HashKey成立于2018年，目前是香港11家持有虚拟资产交易平台牌照的公司之一，截至当前，按交易量统计，该平台为亚洲范围内最大的区域性在岸数字资产平台，在香港本地市场的占有率超过75%。招股书显示，HashKey核心业务分为交易促成、链上服务、资产管理三大板块，形成覆盖数字资产全产业链的综合服务生态。

　　如今，集团是亚洲成熟的综合性数字资产公司，业务遍及全球，通过提供端到端的金融基础设施、技术及投资管理来构建数字资产生态体系。具体而言，根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年交易量计，集团是亚洲最大的区域性在岸平台。在交易业务之外，根据相同资料来源，按质押资产计，集团同时是亚洲最大的链上服务提供商及以在管资产计算的最大数字资产管理机构，充分彰显了集团在各业务板块的领导地位。
