DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT) agreed with investment manager and unit of HMC Capital (ASX:HMC) HMC Digital Infrastructure Investment Management to amend the Investment Management agreement between the parties, according to a Wednesday filing with Australian bourse.
Under the deal, the securities issued to HMC from July 1, 2026, will be issued at a price that is equal to or higher than the price derived from the monthly volume weighted average price formula, the filing said.
Securities issued to HMC between July 1 to Nov. 3, will be priced at AU$4.53 per security, resulting in about 1.2 million lesser securities for the same period, the filing added.
The amendment does not require shareholder approval, the company said.
Shares of the company rose 3% in recent Wednesday trade, while shares of HMC Capital rose 2%.
