Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) declared a dividend of AU$0.092 per share for the six months ending Dec. 31, down from AU$0.112 a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend has a record date of Dec. 31 and is payable on Feb. 27, 2026, the filing said.
The distribution reinvestment plan remains suspended, the filing added.
