智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月16日，高地股份(01676)股东将股票由凯基证券亚洲转入富途证券国际香港，转仓市值875.7万港元，占比6.34%。
12月9日，高地股份发布公告，于2025年12月9日，公司拟配售最多4384.9万股，相当于公司经配发及发行全部配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约 16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.52港元，较12月9日收市价每股股份0.61港元折让约14.75%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项净额估计约为2239万港元。董事拟将所得款项净额作如下分配：约50%用于集团的现有食品业务;约30%用于集团的现有餐饮业务;及20%用作集团的一般营运资金。
