在亚洲股票发行量大增的一年里，有一家银行遥遥领先于其他银行，那就是：摩根士丹利。

　　这家华尔街银行有望连续第二年成为亚太地区股权资本市场交易的最大安排行，市场份额接近10%，大幅领先于竞争对手高盛集团。

　　彭博数据显示，摩根士丹利在首次公开募股、一级市场配售、大宗交易和可转换债券方面共计完成279亿美元，比排名第二的高盛多出近90亿美元。摩根士丹利的市场份额为9.86%，是过去十年中排名首位银行中的第二高水平。

今年，摩根士丹利参与了多笔数十亿美元的亚洲交易，香港和印度的股票发行强劲复苏，实现创纪录的IPO之年。今年五大股票发行地中，有四个位于亚洲，分别是香港、印度、中国内地和日本。

“我预计明年香港的交易量将继续增长，”摩根士丹利亚太区全球资本市场主管Saurabh Dinakar表示。“印度也将出现类似的趋势，发行量将比今年有所增加，因为显然会有许多规模非常大的IPO。”
