消息面上，近日，山东黄金发布公告，为落实战略发展规划，抢抓海南自由贸易港政策机遇，增强公司控股子公司山金国际全资子公司海南盛蔚经营实力和推动海南盛蔚境外子公司Osino Gold Mining and Exploration (Pty) Ltd.的项目建设，山金国际拟以自有资金对海南盛蔚增加投资14亿元人民币，全部计入资本公积，不增加其注册资本。本次增资后，山金国际仍直接持有海南盛蔚100%股权。
