近日，有消费者向黑猫投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】反馈，自己在微信小店购买了一包汰渍洗衣粉，收到货使用时发现根本没有泡沫才发现是假货，选择退货也没有7天无理由退货保障，还要自己承担运费。该商品评论区也有很多购买者反馈收到假货不起沫的问题。消费者向微信平台多次投诉要求对商家做出处罚，然而只得到了会持续关注该商品的答复。在黑猫投诉平台上，不少消费者都遇到了在微信平台消费后平台未起到审核监管义务从而维权难的问题。截至目前，微信在黑猫投诉累计投诉量达近2.3万单，回复率仅为5.13%。
