智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)发布公告，于2025年12月18日，Auric Pacific Group Limited(为本公司间接非全资附属公司)的全资附属公司(买方)与一间商业食品制造设备制造商(卖方)订立设备购买协议(设备购买协议)，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买设备购买协议所订明规格的一系列商业食品制造设备(该等设备)。
总合约价将由买方以其内部资源加上买方取得的外部融资结付。该等设备的交付日期预期为2026年第三季度。
买方主要于马来西亚及新加坡从事生产及分销面包、蛋糕及其他烘焙产品。经考虑该等设备将用于本集团日常食品加工及生产，从而提升本集团的生产能力及效率，使本集团得以扩展业务。预期收购该等设备将对本集团的表现带来正面影响。因此，董事认为收购该等设备将为本集团现有业务带来增值补充，并对本公司及其股东有利。
