Beverly Wilshire (SGX:9QX) completed the consideration share issuance to KL Wellness City as part payment for the acquisition of the second floor of Tower A of Nobel Healthcare Park in Malaysia.
The Singaporean aesthetic medical and healthcare firm allotted and issued nearly 186.6 million consideration shares at an issue price of S$0.014 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singaporean bourse.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Dec. 18.
