智通财经APP获悉，洛阳钼业(03993)午后涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.22%，报18.62港元，成交额4.21亿港元。
消息面上，洛阳钼业近期宣布，将以总计10.15亿美元的对价收购加拿大矿业企业Equinox Gold位于巴西三个金矿资产的100%权益，包括Aurizona金矿、RDM金矿以及Bahia综合体。公司看好黄金资产的长期市场前景，购买巴西业务资产是公司落实“铜金双极”并购战略的重大举措。
银河证券发布研报称，此次交易是公司继凯歌豪斯金矿后，公司再次在南美布局的金矿项目，该项目将与公司巴西银磷资产形成良好协同效应，进一步增强公司黄金资产布局。若本次交易能顺利完成，公司黄金的年产量预计将达8吨；待厄瓜多尔奥丁矿业投产后，公司黄金年产量有望突破20吨。
