公司谨此公告，同意下属全资子公司广州市九尊互娱科技发展有限公司与中国大陆国有经营性银行的最小300–最大1500万人民币信用总量申请，以及下属全资子公司(经协议安排控制)成都指乐互动科技有限公司对该授信提供全额连带责任保证担保。仅用作借款人日常营运资金，不作其他用途。
透过贷款协议，集团旨在增强借款人的营运资金，以支持其核心业务。该贷款亦有助集团拓宽融资渠道、补充营运所需资金并优化负债结构。
