美国密歇根东区检察官办公室公布了对 39 岁俄罗斯公民 Mykhalio Petrovich Chudnovets 的起诉，指控其共谋洗钱。据称，自 2010 年起，该嫌疑人通过其控制的 E-Note 支付处理服务，协助网络犯罪团伙跨境转移犯罪所得并将加密货币兑换成现金。执法机构已查获其服务器、移动应用及相关域名。若罪名成立，其最高面临 20 年监禁。
