智通财经APP讯，长盈集团(控股)(00689)发布公告，于2025年12月17日(交易时段后)，贷款人EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited(本公司的一家纽西兰间接全资附属公司)与借款人及按揭人(Bo Yang先生)订立贷款协议，贷款人同意向借款人提供本金金额为 195万纽元(约 877.5万港元)的贷款额度，还款期限为6个月。
董事认为，由贷款人提供的贷款额度乃符合本公司创造稳定收入的计划， 且属本集团放债业务的日常及一般业务运作。贷款协议的条款为订约各方经参考 现行商业惯例后，经公平磋商达致。
