Systex (TPE:6214) planned to absorb its unit Golden Bridge Information on Feb. 1, 2026, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The merger is part of a group reorganization aimed at reducing operating costs, the IT services company said.
Upon completion, Golden Bridge Information will be dissolved, and all of its rights and obligations will be assumed by Systex.
