BCI Minerals Converts Over AU$29 Million Convertible Notes

BCI Minerals (ASX:BCI) has issued 50.1 million new shares following the full conversion of its series 1 convertible notes held by AustralianSuper, with a face value of AU$29.1 million at a conversion price of AU$0.5811 per share, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The conversion replaces the company's debt with equity, enhancing its balance sheet, and lowering its debt obligations, the filing added.
