智通财经APP讯，港娱国际(08291)发布公告，大法院确认股本削减的命令以及经大法院批准载有公司法所规定有关股本削减详情的会议记录已提交予开曼群岛公司注册处处长，并获正式登记。公司进一步宣布，该通函所载的进行股本重组的所有其他条件已获达成。股本重组已生效，且经调整股份已于2025年12月23日(星期二)上午九时正(香港时间)开始买卖。
