智通财经APP获悉，周三，加拿大生物科技公司Repare Therapeutics(RPTX.US)盘前一度大涨约20%。此前公司宣布，已与吉利德科学(GILD.US)达成资产购买协议，收购其实验性抗癌疗法RP-3467，交易总价值最高可达3000万美元。
根据协议条款，Repare将从吉利德获得最高2500万美元的预付款，并在完成特定技术转移相关事项后，额外获得最多500万美元的后续付款。
Repare表示，这笔预付款将影响公司在并购交易完成时的净现金水平。受此影响，在其此前与XenoTherapeutics达成的并购协议框架下，每股Repare股票在交易完成时可获得的现金对价将提高至约2.20美元。此前，XenoTherapeutics同意以每股1.82美元现金收购 Repare。
目前，Repare正在推进RP-3467的POLAR Ⅰ期临床试验，评估该候选药物在多种肿瘤中与奥拉帕利(olaparib)联合使用时的安全性和药代动力学特征。奥拉帕利是一款已上市的抗癌药物，由阿斯利康(AZN.US)与默沙东(MRK.US)联合销售，商品名为Lynparza。
