智通财经APP讯，健康之路(02587)公布，于2025年12月24日，公司的全资附属公司浙江健康之路科技集团有限公司拟向肖靖女士出售福建健宸医药有限公司51%的股权，总代价为人民币167.79万元。出售公司的主要活动为批发药品、经营第三类医疗器械、销售第一类医疗器械及销售第二类医疗器械。
出售公司因于2023年末流感疫情爆发期间囤积奥司他韦而取得收入暂时性增长。随着疫情的消退，出售公司作为单一产品存货的药品批发商的局限性变得显而易见。自2024年8月起，根据与其他医药公司订立的买卖协议所采购的药品未能产生预期业绩，导致收入及净利润大幅下滑。鉴于药品采购、仓储、运输及员工薪酬等固定成本相对较高，且经营业绩未达预期，集团决定出售其于出售公司的股权，以降本增效。公司拟将出售所得款项用于开发集团的企业服务及数字营销服务。
