Atlantic Lithium (ASX:A11) confirmed that a revised mining lease in respect of its Ewoyaa lithium project was submitted to the Parliament of Ghana and referred to the select committee under a process required for ratification, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The lease includes certain fiscal terms which were incorporated after consultation undertaken by the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources with relevant stakeholders in the country regarding its mining code and the application of royalties, supported by Atlantic Lithium.
