APAC Resources Renews Management Services Deal With Allied Group; APAC Resources' Shares Jump 6%

APAC Resources (HKG:1104) has renewed a continuing connected transaction with its controlling shareholder, Allied Group (HKG:0373), according to a Dec. 19 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of APAC Resources were up over 6% in Monday morning trade.

The company has extended its management and administrative services agreement for three years from January 2026 to December 2028.

Under the new agreement, APAC Resources will reimburse Allied Group for management services provided to the group on a cost basis, based on the time spent by Allied Group's management staff on APAC-related matters, the filing said.

The annual caps for the management services fees have been set at HK$2.9 million for 2026, HK$3.19 million for 2027, and HK$3.51 million for 2028.
