HS Optimus Subsidiary to Dispose of Australian Property; Shares Plunge 25%

HS Optimus' (SGX:504) subsidiary, Ambertree Vic Mel (Lincoln), agreed to sell a vacant property in Melbourne, Australia, for AU$19.7 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company plunged 25% in Monday trading.

The freehold property includes a five-story heritage building on a land area of around 906 square meters.

The disposal allows the company to realize the asset's value, with proceeds to be used for other investment opportunities and working capital.
