archTIS (ASX:AR9) said its NC Protect software was deployed in the US Department of Defense's Microsoft DOD365 production environment to protect production data, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The firm began the paid, fully licensed extension of the initial 1,000-user NC Protect deployment from pre-production to full production. A Department of Defense Systems Integrator renewed 1,000 licenses for the NC Protect to support the deployment for ongoing active mission operations for the US warfighter network, with a renewal value of $38,500 for a six-month term, per the filing.
It also executed a global restructuring to realize initial cost synergies of AU$4.5 million per year as part of the Spirion 100-day integration plan. The firm also signed a term sheet with Regal Tactical Credit Fund for a senior secured delayed draw debt facility of up to AU$8 million. The facility has an eight-month term.
Its shares jumped 12% in recent trading on Monday.
