智通财经APP获悉，ASMPT(00522)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.03%，报77.35港元，成交额3157.47万港元。
消息面上，据报道，SK海力士已向新加坡ASMPT公司订购了一批新的热压键合机（TCB），以支持HBM4的生产。据悉，SK海力士上个月向ASMPT订购了7套TC键合系统，每套系统配备两个键合头。每套系统单价约为40亿韩元，合同总金额估计约为300亿韩元（约合1.5亿人民币）。
值得注意的是，业内人士指出，SK海力士之所以作出这一决策，是由韩国本土设备供应商韩美半导体与韩华半导体因专利纠纷陷入内耗所致。SK海力士计划于2026年3月再订购100套HBM4用TC键合机，以配合清州M15X晶圆厂的扩产。届时ASMPT、韩美、韩华三方将展开更激烈的订单争夺。但若韩系厂商无法尽快解决专利纷争，ASMPT或将进一步扩大份额，甚至主导HBM4设备供应。
