智通财经APP讯，龙皇集团(08493)发布公告，内容有关建议收购Focus Aim Investments Limited已发行股本总额55%以及销售贷款。董事会谨此宣布，经买方炙龙国际集团有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)与卖方Townfield Limited就集团未来业务发展方向进行审慎考虑及磋商后，买方已决定且卖方已接纳买方决定于现阶段不继续进行收购事项。于2025年12月22日，买方与卖方订立终止协议，据此 ，买方与卖方双方同意自终止协议日期起终止买卖协议。根据终止协议的条款，买方须就卖方因签立买卖协议而产生的费用向卖方作出金额为2万港元的补偿。
于买卖协议终止后，除于终止前已发生的任何违反买卖协议条款的情况外，买卖协议将不再具有任何进一步效力。除补偿金额外，任何一方概不得向另一方提出任何申索。董事会认为，终止收购事项将不会对集团的业务、营运或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
