智通财经APP讯，中能控股(00228)及要约人佳鹰有限公司联合公布，于2025年12月16日(星期二)下午四时正，供股获超额认购约0.78%。紧随供股完成后及，(须受最终分配所规限)要约人及其一致行动人士将合共拥有权益约2.416亿股股份，相当于经发行约1.52亿股供股股份扩大后公司已发行股本总额约52.97%。因此，要约人须根据《收购守则》第26.1条及第13条，除要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或将收购者外，提出强制性无条件现金要约。每股要约股份现金1.57港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股1.44港元溢价约9.03%。
此外，公司已申请股份自2025年12月24日上午9点起复牌。
