BlockBeats 消息，12 月 22 日，克利夫兰联储主席贝丝·哈玛克（Beth Hammack）表示，在美联储过去三次会议上连续降息之后，她认为未来几个月没有任何调整利率的必要。
哈玛克反对近期的降息，因为她对持续高企的通胀的担忧，超过了对潜在劳动力市场脆弱性的忧虑——正是后者促使官员们在过去几个月累计降息 0.75 个百分点。哈玛克今年并非联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）具有投票权的成员，但明年将获得投票权。
