12月22日，瑞安房地产（00272）发布公告，宣布公司已与一组有密切联系的股东就合营安排达成协议，计划在中国上海市浦东新区进行更新发展项目。
合营公司由上海陆家嘴、上海瑞安城市更新、上海市浦东房地产及上海三林分别持有40%、39%、11%及10%的股份。公司在合营公司的实际权益为13.26%。
合营公司的注册资本为23.2亿元，合营股东的总资本承诺约为91.62亿元，其中上海瑞安城市更新的出资金额约为35.73亿元。公司将出资的实际资金承诺约为12.15亿元，该款项将通过内部营运资金及外部融资（如适用）进行支付。
公告中提到，合营公司的收入来源将主要包括住宅物业的销售收入及商业物业的租金收入，预计合营公司将在2027年下半年开始产生收入。该项目的开发周期预计为2026年至2034年。
