　　民营医院集团明基医院（股票代码：02581.HK）今日登陆港交所，首日表现大幅低于市场预期。该股开盘报6.5港元，较每股9.34港元的发行价低开30.41%。不计手续费，每手500股账面亏损达1420港元。

　　前一日暗盘交易中，该股已收跌23.98%至7.10港元，每手亏损1120港元。此次公开招股反响平淡，其香港公开发售部分仅获得6.28倍认购，与国际配售1.28倍的认购倍数均远低于近期热门新股。

　　明基医院是一家借鉴台湾地区运营经验的民营营利性综合医院集团，目前在中国内地拥有并运营南京及苏州两家大型三级综合医院，合计注册床位达1850张。公司品牌具有一定市场认知度，曾连续多年入选民营医院最佳雇主榜单，其控股股东为在台湾上市的佳世达科技。

　　从财务数据看，公司的增长呈现波动。收入从2022年的人民币23.36亿元增长至2023年的26.88亿元后，在2024年略微下滑至26.59亿元。盈利状况也不稳定，年内利润在2023年达到1.68亿元的高点后，2024年回落至1.09亿元，净利率也从6.2%降至4.1%。
