B&K Corporation Limited (HKG:2396) raised HK$599.8 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The final offer price was set at HK$38.20 per share, the bottom of the offer price range of HK$38.20 to HK$51.00, according to a Friday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The China-based biopharmaceutical company offered 17.6 million H-shares in the global offering.
The Hong Kong public offer was 791.95 times oversubscribed, with a final allocation of 1.77 million shares, or 10% of the total offering.
The international offering was 6.05 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 15.9 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.
B&K Corporation is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, Dec. 22.
