智通财经APP讯，罗马元宇宙集团(08072)发布公告，于2025年12月24日，承租人(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与出租人就租赁订立租赁协议，由2026年3月27日起至2029年3月26日(包括首尾两日)为期3年，用作本集团的办公室。
据悉，该等物业位于香港湾仔告士打道39号夏悫大厦11楼1101–4室。
经考虑出租人提供的办公空间、地点、租金及其他商业条款等因素后，董事认为，订立租赁协议并将该等物业用作其新总办公室及香港的主要营业地点符合本集团的利益。租赁协议的条款乃出租人与承租人经公平磋商后厘定，而租金乃经参考邻近地区可资比较物业的现行市场租金厘定。董事认为，租赁协议的条款属公平合理，而订立租赁协议符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
