BioDlink International's (HKG:1875) board resolved to grant 13.4 million shares to eight non-director employees, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Sunday.
Shares of the biopharmaceutical company gained nearly 2% in morning trade Monday.
The shares represent 1.73% of the company's issued share capital and were priced at HK$0.6 apiece, below the market price of HK$2.03 per share on the date of the grant.
