New Hope Liuhe (SHE:000876) said its Hope convertible bonds will be redeemed and delisted on Jan. 5, 2026.
Bondholders may still convert the bonds into company shares at 10.59 yuan per share, with the last conversion date of Dec. 31, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Unconverted bonds will be redeemed at 106 yuan per bond, including final interest,
